이용약관

우주점빵을 이용하실 때 지켜 주셔야 할 간단한 약속입니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 우주점빵(이하 “사이트”)이 제공하는 운세, 웹소설, 영상, 미니 게임 등 모든 콘텐츠와 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 이용하는 조건과, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

  1. 사이트를 이용하시면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
  2. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지하며, 공지 후 계속 이용하시면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제3조 (서비스 이용)

  1. 서비스는 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나, 점검·운영상의 이유로 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (저작권)

  1. 사이트에 게시된 글, 그림, 영상, 음성, 프로그램 코드, 디자인 등 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 운영자 또는 해당 권리자에게 있습니다.
  2. 사이트에서 소개하는 외부 제작자의 작품(인디 게임, 외부 링크 등)에 대한 권리는 각 제작자에게 있습니다.

제5조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 무단 배포 금지 — 콘텐츠를 허락 없이 복제·배포·전송하거나 다른 사이트, SNS, 커뮤니티 등에 옮겨 게시하는 행위
  2. 상업적 이용 금지 — 콘텐츠를 판매하거나, 유료 서비스·광고 수익 등 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
  3. 콘텐츠를 변형·편집하여 원작처럼 게시하거나, 출처·저작자 표시를 지우는 행위
  4. 자동화 프로그램으로 콘텐츠를 대량 수집하는 행위 (검색엔진의 일반적인 색인은 제외)
  5. 게시판·랭킹에 욕설, 비방, 광고, 음란물, 다른 사람의 개인정보, 불법 정보를 올리는 행위
  6. 해킹, 과도한 요청, 기록 조작 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
개인적·비상업적으로 감상하는 것, 그리고 출처(우주점빵과 해당 페이지 링크)를 밝힌 짧은 인용과 링크 공유는 언제든 환영합니다. 그 밖의 이용은 아래 연락처로 먼저 문의해 주세요.

제6조 (이용자 게시물)

  1. 한줄 게시판, 우주 아지트 게시판, 게임 랭킹 등에 남긴 닉네임과 글에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다.
  2. 우주 아지트의 선플 게시판·점빵 평상·주문 제작소에는 로그인한 회원만 글과 댓글을 쓸 수 있으며, 각 게시판에 적힌 이용 약속을 지켜 주세요. 글의 저작권은 작성자에게 있고, 운영자는 그 글을 사이트 안에서 보여 주는 데 필요한 범위에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 여러 회원의 신고가 쌓인 글·댓글은 운영자가 확인할 때까지 자동으로 가려질 수 있습니다.
  4. 운영자는 제5조에 해당하는 게시물을 예고 없이 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있고, 이를 어긴 회원에게 경고 → 글쓰기 쉬기(7일·30일) → 이용 정지 순서로 제재할 수 있습니다. 혐오·음란·불법 정보나 광고 목적의 글은 바로 이용 정지할 수 있습니다.
  5. 주문 제작소: 요청 글은 운영자가 만들 것을 고르고, 만들고, 그 과정을 사이트 글·유튜브·브런치 등의 콘텐츠로 소개하는 데 쓸 수 있습니다(요청한 분의 이름·회사명은 밝히지 않습니다). 만든 결과물의 저작권은 운영자에게 있으며, 요청한 분은 무료로 계속 쓸 수 있고 다른 분들에게도 공개될 수 있습니다. 결과물은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 사용으로 생긴 업무상 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사 기밀이나 개인정보는 요청 글에 쓰지 말아 주세요.

제7조 (면책)

  1. 운세·타로·별자리 결과는 재미와 참고를 위한 콘텐츠이며, 건강·법률·투자 등 중요한 결정의 근거가 될 수 없습니다.
  2. 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 사이트에서 연결되는 외부 사이트의 내용과 운영에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using all content and services offered by WOOJOO JUMBBANG (the “Site”), including fortunes, web novels, videos and mini games (the “Service”), and the rights and duties of users and the operator.

2. Acceptance and changes

  1. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
  2. If the terms change, the update will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.

3. Using the Service

  1. The Service is free and requires no sign-up or login.
  2. The operator may change the Service, or suspend part or all of it for maintenance or operational reasons.

4. Copyright

  1. All content on the Site, including text, images, video, audio, program code and design, belongs to the operator or the respective rights holders.
  2. Works by outside creators featured on the Site (indie games, external links, etc.) belong to their creators.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  1. Redistribute without permission — copy, distribute or transmit content, or repost it on other sites, social media or communities
  2. Use commercially — sell content or use it for profit, such as in paid services or for ad revenue
  3. Alter or edit content and post it as the original, or remove its source or author credits
  4. Collect content in bulk with automated tools (normal search-engine indexing is excepted)
  5. Post abuse, defamation, ads, obscene material, other people’s personal information or illegal content on the board or rankings
  6. Interfere with the Service through hacking, excessive requests, record manipulation and the like
Personal, non-commercial enjoyment is always welcome, as are short quotes and link sharing that credit the source (WOOJOO JUMBBANG and a link to the page). For any other use, please contact us first.

6. User posts

  1. Authors are responsible for the nicknames and posts they leave on the one-line board, the Space Azit boards, game rankings and similar features.
  2. Only logged-in members can write posts and comments on the Space Azit’s Kind Words, The Porch and Order Workshop boards, and please follow the rules shown on each board. You keep the copyright in your posts, and the operator may use them as needed to show them on the Site.
  3. Posts and comments reported by several members may be hidden automatically until the operator reviews them.
  4. The operator may hide or delete posts that fall under Section 5 without notice, and may sanction members who break these rules in this order: warning → posting break (7 or 30 days) → suspension. Hateful, obscene, illegal or advertising posts may lead to immediate suspension.
  5. Order Workshop: the operator may use request posts to choose what to make, to make it, and to share the making process as content on the Site, YouTube, Brunch and elsewhere (the requester’s name and company are never revealed). The operator owns the copyright in the result; the requester can keep using it for free, and it may also be made available to others. Results are provided as is, and except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for business losses arising from their use. Please don’t include company secrets or personal information in requests.

7. Disclaimer

  1. Fortune, tarot and zodiac results are for fun and reference only, and are not a basis for important decisions about health, law, investment or the like.
  2. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this free Service.
  3. The operator is not responsible for the content or operation of external sites linked from the Site.
